Long time no talk friends and fans! Some of you might have wondered if I hadn't quit writing and decided to pursue something else... I haven't. I've been very busy behind the scenes very much putting together a fourth book which only a few people have known about up until now. I'm gearing up to get ready to announce more about that project soon so stay tuned!
Otherwise, the pandemic has kept me busy too. A lot of people complain that lockdowns and whatnot have left them bored and without much to do but it was the exact opposite for me. Trying to keep up with my classes (and chemistry, math and Arabic aren't easy subjects to begin with) from my couch required three times more effort than I ever had to put in while attending in-person classes so the majority of the last year was dedicated to school.
Along with the other demands of life and those put on by the pandemic, my writing took a backseat for quite a while, but little by little the words inched forward on the page. On the good side of things, I've had much more time to read books and catch up on those that were sent to me by my book review service that has remained active this whole time that I haven't been active online.
Having been gone this long from the net I realize just how much I'm having to update now. I've never been a big fan of the internet, and especially not social media, so this has been the most difficult part of my writing journey. The writing is easy, it's the being present so to speak that has always been the issue for someone who still communicates via snail mail with the majority of people I know!
That coupled with having been forced to look at this very screen for hours and hours on end for my classes (also something which I hated) didn't exactly make me excited to have to look at the same screen outside of class hours to do anything else. Nonetheless things are going ahead... so stay tuned because much is about to happen around here!
